The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to build hype for next month's bout.
Ex two time unified heavyweight champion Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
Despite those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually famous for his showmanship - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather attacked former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the novice is still one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, consistently making massive financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Difference
As Joshua and Paul met for the usual face-off, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it drove home just how improbable this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is truly happening.
